When some of our users are approving charges they will get an error that states "error occurred in SendIMFRequest: Connector:WinHTTP reported 'security channel error' Received unknown status from HCM server while sending IMF." They can immediately re approve and it will go through fine the second time and it doesn't happen on every charge.
We've contacted Hosted Claims about it and they said to look at communications and security but I'm not sure what exactly I'm supposed to be looking for. Is there any advice for this issue?
