Has anyone out there had an external review of your network and CPS setup? With each update/upgrade to CPS, it just feels like we get further and further mired in a product that goes from bad to worse. I am confident in our setup, but feel like a pair of eyes from outside may see something I don't. Our users are dropping like flies....the discontent and frustration is building to a point where I worry about their perceptions of the IT staff being able to support them. I was thinking that a review would be a good idea....for all of us....to insure we are on the right path.
I fear I am going to lose the battle and be forced to move to Epic. Not sure I want to throw away all the years of experience with GE just yet.
