Does anyone use any other vendor other than Biscom for their integrated faxing solution?

We use a fax appliance called FaxFinder. It works similar to Biscom in that anything you can print, you can send as a fax. The difference being there is no direct integration within Centricity, so the fax confirmation doesn't get sent back.
Our users like it alot, they had some complaints about the clarity of faxes being sent with Biscom (could have been due to using old version).
The only complaint thus far about FaxFinder is that when we print some orders (Tests/Referrals) they get printed very small. Its like the print job gets a bunch of whitespace added underneath the bottom of the order. So, when this gets put onto an 8 1/2 x 11 fax, it results in the order being very small, like size of a postage stamp. I'm sure we will find something to solve this though it has to be something about the crystal report (tstorder.rpt & reforder.rpt).
Not sure if anyone has seen similar with Biscom.
