We upgraded to 12.3.3 this past weekend and our faxcom server settings will not work. Within CPS if we try to enter the faxcom server under System > Faxcom we get a popup indicating:
Error occurred in class , method CRebarToolBar::OnNcCreate
We have tried deleting and recreating and even tried a know working queue from another database with no luck.
Has anyone else seen this and have any suggestions?

Contact Biscom support. There isn't a problem I have ever had they they weren't able to fix. They are very knowledgeable about the interactions between Centricity and their product.
Well we got out answer to the issue creating the errors.
To make everyone aware Biscom has a known bug they found that is creating issues with their latest release of Faxcom Suite for Windows, 10.3.1.1.
Do not upgrade to this build, their support let us know they are working on a new build to resolve this issue and it should be ready in a couple weeks. There is a patch to fix the client side but the fax status returns are still not working right until the new build is ready.
Did you hear about a new release available that fixes this issue?
