What we are attempting: when entering an order from the orders module we are selecting the test provider as external, and the test provider is set up as a service provider with a fax number and default printer of the Biscom Fax printer.
Part of the time the fax does go out as expected, most of the time the order does not fax and somehow the order is put into admin hold.
Has anyone experienced this? Has anyone else set up the service providers to fax and been able to do it from orders? I just cannot see what the problem is on this one.

We have the same issues and I have found if the provider cancels out of the faxing part, it throws the test order into a status of Admin Hold and the order was not faxed. I run a report weekly for any Test orders in a status of Admin hold so I can send them via our Biscom.

I would be interested in hearing a little more about this set up. I have tried to set this up, but my orders always go into the Admin Hold status.
