We had an issue where a phone note was taken and the routed. The patient was not called back for over a month and everyone is stating that they never received the document. Is there a way to run a report to find out where a document was routed and by whom? I am only finding who contributed to the document when I run an audit report. Any help is appreciated.

We tried reporting on this a few weeks back. I couldn't find the data stored anywhere. I would love to hear if anyone else has had success.

As long as the document has not been signed there is a way to tracke it, GE should be able to help you. Once it is signed all of that routing information is lost.

If you have crystal you can link the DOCUMENT table to the DOCROUTE table via the SDID. The DOCROUTE table seems to hold the last two instances of routing for a document - it won't keep a full record from what I've seen but it might help in this case (as you seem curious about who last routed it and where/when it was sent).

I need this info now so just tried writing a crystal report and this doesn't work once the document is signed for me either. If anyone else has found a way to track routing of a signed document, please let me know.
