Hello everyone, I'm Currently trying to create custom forms for our vascular surgery practice and I've been doing a lot of copy and pasting from the sample forms we were given in class. I'm trying to create a custom flow sheet and I'm having a little bit of trouble. If anyone has any custom flow sheet forms or any forms that you're proud of that you would like to share with defeated form editor:( I'd be most appreciated. my email- [email protected]

I'm thinking following a couple steps might help you unless there is something specific that you having issues with adding a flowsheet view to your form.
First create your flowsheet view:
1. Go to administration -> chart -> flowsheet views
2. Create a folder if necessary, then click new and create your flowsheet view
In VFE, click on insert then click on flowsheet. Click on selection in the connection section. Search for the name of your flowsheet. If the flowsheet on the form is not big enough you can modify the number of lines to show in this dialog as well.

Thanks Brad. Do you know if there's any way to create a flow sheet using document variables? or a way to create custom Obs terms?

My understanding is that you can only create a flowsheet through the steps I listed above. If you would like to create custom obs terms you can request them from GE. You fill out a spread sheet and email it, and then GE will send you back a clinical kit with your terms. I believe you can find the spread sheet on the support portal. If you have trouble finding it, let me know and I can email it to you.
