I am new to working with Centricity but we are adding a new physician with a new speciality endocrinology and was hoping someone might be able to help me with some forms for this.

I am on Centricity 12.2 and have CCC and VFE licenses

Here's a zip of all of our custom VFE forms for Endo. Our OV setup is pretty basic as all our docs use voice recognition but there are some forms for special things in there.
