HELP!!!
I need some assistance from my fellow Chuggers. We upgraded over the weekend to V19 and this market is now having issues with the patient instructions populating onto the CVS. We have another market that was upgraded to V19 over a month ago and the pt instructions does populate. I feel like something may be broken with the generate CVS button on the patient Instructions form/CCC issue. Athena rep is telling us that it will not populate the data until signed, however we have a market where this is functioning correctly. If anyone has some insight into this I would be greatly appreciative!!!
