Has anyone has any issues install the Generic E Statement plugin? I had no issues install in in December after we upgraded to 12.11. Now that we applied patch 6a and of course all plugins have to be uninstalled and reinstalled I can get 6 other plugins installed just fine. However, Generic E Statements will not install. It's the same version as the one we applied in December. Our VAR is insisting it's a permissions issue and to talk to an administrator. I am an administrator. I still can't get it to go. Then I'm told it's a group policy issue and I need to turn it off so a setting in IE can be "free", my enterprise has almost 5000 employees, those who run group policy just don't turn it off. I'm reach out to them to see if they can think of anything to assist us. What's frustrating is they can't tell me what permissions are needed for the plugin to run. I understand they don't know what permissions I do and don't have, but if I had no permissions at all, what would I need to have to run it. Especially since I ran it just fine by in December. There was an incident that causes some security to be locked up, but I've checked and I still have all the same admin rights I had in December. We do not get any higher rights. This particular clinic running Centricity will be moving over to the main campus's billing department so they are anxiously trying to close everything out.
Has anyone else run into any issues trying to install this plugin?
