We are a hosted customer, and we have had issues with our Growth Charts not working for a while now. All we get is a black screen when we try to open them. We have been working on this issue for a while and GE has been involved too, but so far there has not been a solution. Has anyone else had this issue before?
Do you have the Adobe SVG viewer installed?
Yes, we get a prompt the first time we try to view the Growth Charts accepting Adobe AVG - but then it just pulls up a black screen. Our hosted vendor has even gone as far as setting up as a whole new user-group and that did nothing for us.
Any difference for local admins as opposed to regular users?
What browser are you using for CPS, and what version of CPS do you have? We are still on CPS 9.5, and made the mistake up upgrading a browser to IE 9 and lost the ability to view growth charts.
Good point, Gary... this could be an IE 9/10 type issue where you need to either uninstall it completely or perhaps run IE in compatibility mode
We are CPS 10.1.3.300 and the desktop we remote out to has IE 8 set up from what I can tell. I don't know how our users are set up, I don't think any of us are local admins and if anyone actually was it would be me and I can't see them.

Maybe upgrade to IE 9? Ours don't work at all but we somehow got IE 10 installed, and quite frankly, I don't feel like uninstalling that on 75 workstations.
