Hi,
Does anyone know of a HIPAA compliant texting app that integrates with CPS?
I don't but we have plans of rolling our own.

SimplifiMed is a Virence partner and helps clinics engage patient with a chatbot. You can think of SimplifiMed as a 24/7 assistant engaging and responding to patients via SMS. All the transactions are made in CPS. This minute long video shows SimplifiMed in action:
Clinics across the US are using SimplifiMed to engage thousands of patients every week. You can find SimplifiMed listing at all the major EHR's partner sites including Epic, Athena, Allscripts, ...
There is a lot of confusion around HIPAA and SMS. I can go into more details with anyone on this forum if they would like to discuss. Please mail me at chinmay@simplifimed.com, if you would like to learn more.
It looks like your product is only integrated with the PM side like all the others I have looked at, to get my attention you need something that works more like Secure Messaging but with Texting instead of email. Then you would have the only app in that space and we would be interested.

We have the ability to save the exchange in the patient's chart. We do this using FHIR API integration.
I saw a demo a few weeks ago of a product called "IM Your Doc". It looked promising.
