Did anyone able to produce a valid HL7 v3 CDA document out of centricity?

Cancer registry CDA is now in MU2. Does anyone working to produce "Ambulatory Healthcare Provider Reporting to Central Cancer Registries" or any other HL7 XML CDA?

I don't remember the technical details but I don't think CPS could produce a message in the format needed for the cancer registry. We went with syndromic surveillance instead for that reason.

Any update on this? Is it possible to implement an electronic cancer registry interface with C-EMR?
