I am adding VIS statements to the Handouts section of EMR. I don't want the office header/ patient information to print on the handout. Is there a way to exclude this information?
Thank you.
If you don't want the header on any handout you should be able to remove the header components under administration. If you need for some but not other then I don't think you can do that. I could be wrong though.

Our situation is a little different, but we have different satellite offices that use different headers. Since we could only have one Header in the Administration>Handouts>Header folder we opted to leave the default header blank and I copy the logo for the different offices onto the Handout Template itself.
If you use the location of care at sign in you can also use the following as a header and it will pull the information you have build in your location of care tables:
{LOC.NAME}
{LOC.ADDRESS1} {LOC.ADDRESS2} {LOC.CITY}, {LOC.STATE} {LOC.ZIP}
Phone: {LOC.FORMATPRIMPHONE} Fax: {LOC.FORMATFAXPHONE}
