We are currently on version 19 of athenapractice and are hoping to find a group that has adopted the service pack, 19.1. We are experiencing a couple of the issues that this service pack claims to address. We are wondering how involved the service pack upgrade is, what we should expect and plan for, and what application issues it seems to have resolved. If anyone has any insight into the process, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
