I have an employee whom is having difficulty with a registration. She cannot make changes to anyone's registration if there is a red dot with an exclamation point in one of the fields. Strange thing is that I have other employees and myself who can make changes and don't have to change that same field. I have changed her security settings yet nothing makes a difference. I am attaching a picture of the field and message she is getting. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this for me? Thanks
First, I realize this is 3 months later, and I hope you've gotten it solved by now. We did have this with one of our users, we eventually fixed it by blowing out her profile on her machine & starting over.
Did you delete the Centricity profile or the Windows profile?

No, I never solved it. Wouldn't blowing out her windows profile wreak havoc on outlook? I thought about doing it but I didn't want her to lose all her emails.
If your on exchange server then emails will be fine. If your getting from POP server then you will need to back up her outlook. Its really not that big of a task. Once they log back in you can setup outlook again and import the backup file. Don't forget to put the backup file somewhere other than her user folder.
