One of the newer initiatives for many practices is to utilize internal social workers to assist patients. Was curious what anyone was doing to help group the patients for reports, etc...
My first thought would be to create a custom problem. This would allow for reporting, the use of GE Protocols, etc...
Any other thoughts, or what you have done with your practice?

We typically use an observation term for grouping patients in ACO membership and that type of thing. This can be used for reporting and protocols as well.
