I just manually inserted it into an empty update and did not receive the error.
Make sure you don't have any stray or extra brackets in your document template for the refill. Might be missing the bracket in front of the word TEXT:

Thanks David
No stray or extra brackets, but we have a Text Component in our Rx Refill template to pull the phone note form (based on your specialty) when I removed this the TEXT:1716122522056110] did not show in the note. So now to look at the Phone Note form. Thanks for your help.

Thank you David. We have been struggling with this problem for a while and I am not well versed in writing Text components to know how to do this. I tried it on the refill updat and it worked great for the person starting the update, which in our facility it is the MA. But when the provider goes back in to do the refill, it doesn't pop up again for them. Is there something I can add to have it pop up every time someone joins the update?
So I have been following this thread and I am trying this with a text component. I have called the pop up wonderfully. However, I am getting the function text for the pop up staying in the note. I am not understanding what you folks have done to remove it from the note.
It does not seem that there is a need for more than one set of curly brackets for the second part of the component which is the actual text of the pop up. What my question is would be how to clear the text from the note. I have tried programming some sort of clearing, but it was for a CCC list taken from another text component. However, this is not related to anything CCC. I am not getting the TEXT message in my notes, but I am getting the error that says <-COULDN'T FIND THE SYMBOL. What symbol is it looking for?
