We are just starting a program where Physician Assistants will be helping our Doctors manage some patients. Where are people noting this in the chart? I don't see anything in 'registration', nor did I see an OBS code for this.
So, any ideas?

We put this information in Directives, labelled as: MID-LEVEL PROVIDER: JOHN DOE. That makes the information accessible to all users as soon as they load a patient's chart.
Our midlevels are set up as providers and set to the responsible provider when seeing the patients. they have their own schedule. We put the following documentation in the chart
The patient was seen by Jane Doe, PA-C. The care plan and radiographs were reviewed with Dr. John Doe.
We have one where the physician sees every patient at the end of the visit so it is documented as in collaboration with Dr John Doe.
