Wondering if anyone has had in success in changing which fields are required on the Immunization form. We need to include the Funding Source in the HL7 messages that we send to our State Registry. However, users are forgetting to populate at times.
So, I would like to make required but I don't see any way to. I thought I'd check if anyone out there has had any success in doing so. Whether it be an option I'm just missing somewhere or modifying the form itself.
