We are in CPS 12.0 soon to upgrade to 12.0.3. In the Immunization Management Form, we can't add an order for an immunization and create the green icon with the check mark. I can't find documentation on this just examples in webinars of the orders indicated by the check box. We can complete the questionnaire and the administration but can't order. Is this a bug or are we missing something in the setup? We are not using the Medication Administration Form if they are linked with permissions.
