I'm not sure what I'm missing but I am in the process of implementing the Immunization Management HTML form and the form is not translating to text in the visit notes. Any ideas? Thank you in advance

Are the files from the CCC basic folder on the jboss?

It's been awhile since I looked at it but the little VFE form that the HTML form launch's from has the documentation so it sounds like the HTML piece isn't transferring data to it. Maybe get athena involved and they should be able to tell you.
Is the form operating correcting and not spilling code?
