I'm trying to complete a immunization map, but have run into some problems. We don't use CCC forms, so our data is not necessarily in the format that the migration wizard expects. These are the problems I ran into:
1) We do not store administration date and time. We've always used the observation date/time as the administration date/time. Is there a way to configure the immunizationmap.csv file to reflect this?
2) Is there a way to "hard code" the Historic field? We use different observations for historic immunizations, so it would be nice if we could just indicate Y/N in this column.
3) We do not store the VFC eligibility code (V01, V02, etc.) in the designated observation. Instead, we store the full text of the eligibility category (Medicaid/Medicaid Managed Care Enrolled, Not Insured, Under Insured, etc.) Is there a way to map the full description to the cooresponding "V" code?
4) I notice that the administered by field is looking for PVID. We store USER.FULLNAME in this obs term. Is there a way to get PVID from this?
Has anyone else encountered any of these problems? How did you deal with them?
