Is anyone having issues with getting the Immunization Form to work with the state registry.
In the Qvera interface there are cross reference tables available (we have a ton for the registry in MA) - you should be able to map in here. I would also suggest reaching out to Qvera so they can make sure you are set up to easily allow you to reference the table.
Basically they need to code in a channel cache call out to a reference table and then make sure they call it in the right place in the channel itself. Once done you can build and manage the table yourself.
We paid GE to set up our immunization registry interface with the state of Michigan. The only injection site issue we had was for Nasal Immunizations, the site was not allowed by the state of Michigan, so our GE Tech modified Qvera to eliminate this site if it tried coming through. Did you set up this interface yourself or did GE set it up for you? If GE then they should be able to modify your interface to correct this.
We are still not live with the state of VT due to another problem, but we also had your issue with the HTML Immunizations forms. Our forms team was able to edit out the unallowed sites - and several other items as well that were causing us issues.
