Has anyone imported a new VFE form into 12.0.11? I am trying to figure out if my issue is related to 12.0.11. I created a new VFE form from scratch, it is unique and has no name that would match something already in CPS. I attempted to import the clinical kit and I receive a pop up.
The pop up indicates: "Title has been changed by another user. Press Yes to use your value of 'ART Procedure form' or press No to use the database value of 'Past/Family/Social Hx' ".
I click no as I do not want to unintentionally overwrite an existing form and now my new ART form contains the form "guts" of the Past/Family/Social History form. I am wondering if I click yes if it will override the Past/Family/Social Hx form with the ART form.
When I attempt this same import of the clinical kit in the previous version 12.0.10 of the same database (previous test environment that is on 12.0.10) I have no issues with importing the kit.
Has anyone else seen this with12.0.11?
I haven't seen exactly that but i have had some issues pulling in an updated version of existing vfe diems in to cps.the links to the document routes become corrupt
We are on 12.0.11 and I am having the same issue in our test environment. Every VFE form I import is giving me this error. Any ideas?
I dare not try to import anything I have built into live until it is resolved.....
I guess my question is what version of VFE are you using? We are also on CPS12.0 SP11 and have been since mid December. I have imported multiple VFE forms over the last month or so. All of them were already existing forms that I updated, no brand new forms. We are on VFE 6.0.
Another thing I just thought of, have you noticed when saving your VFE form if you have any messages in the bottom window that say anything like "File may be too large to import into EMR"? I have seen this on a few of our VFE forms, but it has never affected any of our imports, but I suspect that it may someday. Could it be that one of your files is too large to import?
What I finally did was call GE and they had to do something in the background. All was well after I had them fix it.
