So we want to change some data on one of labels in Reports/Component Specific. I change the SQL, I edit the .RPT file in CR 11.5 then save/re-import it. When I try to print or view it I get "The report file you are using is not current. Please run the utility MBCReportConverter.exe to update your report file". Well that utility hasn't been distributed with CPS in years. Anyone know the root cause of this (is 11.5 to old, to new what version works?) or have a work-around?

What report is it under the component specific? Can you attach the .rpt file and I can import and troubleshoot?
