Chuggers,
I exported an existing custom problem list to see if I could decipher the formatting and then import new ICD-10 custom lists in their entirety. The formatting in the txt document looks like this:
[][ICD-752.51][Abdominal testis, bilateral][0][732911][261969]
[][ICD-752.51][Abdominal testis, unilateral][0][732911][261970]
[][ICD-781.0][Abnormal head movements][0][741191][262016]
[][783.1][Abnormal weight gain][0][739914][262105]
[][783.21][Abnormal weight loss][0][723680][262106]
I have no clue what the last 2 bracketed numbers are associated with. Does anyone know?Has anyone found a format/workflow that allows you to import custom problem lists?
In addition, new "test" ICD-10 lists that I have created export with only the ICD-9 codes...
Any and all help is much appreciated.
Michael
We started looking at this as well, to try and keep from having to manually create all the ICD-10 problem lists. I believe the last 2 fields are ICD9MasterDiagnosisID and ICD10MasterDiagnosisID.
I found this by looking up a specific ICD code in the PROBLEM table, and there are 2 fields labeled as above, which contained the values that were exported in the Custom List for the specified Dx. I believe these codes come from the "MasterDiagnosisId" field in the MasterDiagnosis table.
This is as far as we've gotten so far. Hope this is somewhat helpful.
hey Michael, do you happen to have a crystal report that exports problem custom lists with ICD-10 codes?
