Are there any infusion clinics using CPS 12 that have converted their infusion packets to electronic.

What do you mean packets? are you talking about the actual infusion visit documentation?

What we call a packet is a bunch of papers stapled together to keep a flow sheet of every visit, drug order from the physician, their authorization and referral count down sheet for insurance record, a copy of their benefits from the insurance company, eligibility sheet is they are on COBRA or Exchange, then maybe a hard copy from the insurance company authorizing the infusion and the insurance card, and the medication list.

So no then. We have a procedure note for the visit, the drug order is a test order in CPS, the authorization is another update filled out by pre-auth. Basically all of it is in the patient's chart but not a separate packet.
