Hello. Has anyone integrated LDAP into EMR v9.10 or higher and had username mismatches with Active Directory to EMR? If so, and you had to change the username in the EMR to reflect that of Active Directory, did you have any problems doing that? We would greatly appreciate any information.

Hi Shannon,
We completed LDAP with 9.12 a few months ago. I did have one mismatch that I did not catch in my prep work. I changed the username in EMR and the user was able to immediately log in with no issues.

Hi Shannon,
No issues with Interfaces or with reports. I did update the username in our lab interface when I made the change in EMR.
