Dear Centricity customer,
This morning Centricity Support found an issue with interaction checking that arose after applying the July 2016 Incremental Knowledgebase. This issue was found to affect both EMR and CPS products.
We are asking customers who have downloaded the July 2016 KB zip file but have not installed it, please do not install. We are working with Engineering to identify the cause of the issue and will release a new build when the issue is fixed.
If you have already installed the July 2016 KB, Please alert your staff and we will inform you when a new build of the July KB becomes available for you to download and apply to address this issue.

Dear Centricity Services Customers:
An issue found with interaction checking after applying the July 2016 Incremental Knowledgebase (KB) has been resolved and the revised July KB package is now available for download on the Customer Service Portal.
If you have already installed the July 2016 KB, please contact GE support services to reset your system before attempting to re-apply the June followed by revised July 2016 KB packages at 888-436-8491.
