Greetings all,
We had an unfortunate situation where vaccines were given but they were considered invalid.
What is a good way to document that this immunization was given, but not confuse anyone. We use the Immunization Management HTML form.
what we are doing:
We append the visit. Update the vaccines, make a comment on the vaccine. Sign the note.
Then append again, and remove the vaccine.
We have to do this this way because the vaccine will not take the comment if you remove after within the same visit.
Just wondering if any other clinic has had to do this and what their workflow was.
