I have called 11 times today to talk to someone and cannot get through to EMR support. In total I have been on hold for close to 2 hours today.
I don't think so, because I have worked directly with a GE tech on one of our QIE interfaces and I have received some emails from a couple of other GE Techs today.
They tend to call back if they have an answer, otherwise your ticket will stay open for eternity. Good luck with whatever the issue is, we feel your pain. I do believe they are open today we got a call from a tech to remove a hung document but a coworker has called multiple times today to listen to the automated system for pleasure for 15 minutes, with the end result of getting the option to leave a message or continue listening to the GE jingle.
I think they are open but super busy. I called the other day about an issue and after being hold for a long time I got voice mail twice. Finally when someone answered the phone I was transferred and was on hold again. It was about 2 hours before I got to speak with someone.
Based on their recent updates to the CQR and the general issues everyone seems to be having I am willing to bet they are extremely busy...
I'm waiting for the day when we get a "this number is no longer in service" message... it's coming...
