Is there anyone out there still on 5.6? We have stayed on this version due to performance issues for large databases. In october of 2013 we will no longer be able to leverage eSM 2.0 due to the federal changes in secure messaging for eRx. Is anyone in the same situation? What is your method of dealing with this? upgrade to the Latest emr 9.5 sp3

must of the problem it had has been currently ironed so it should be an easy going forward step.
