We are using C-EMR 9.8 SP9 in a test environment and it doesn't appear that the synonym search works for ICD-10. We installed the May Full KB as well. Does any one have any info or any details on how it works and does it work for you?

My understanding is it really only helps on the custom lists. At least thats what we have seen.

I'm glad you posted this, we were thinking about going to SP9 for the improved searching since I doubt we can get SP10 into our Live system in time to prepare for Oct 1st deadline (August release, 3 weeks of testing, looking at Mid September before Live and then having to train 75 practices on a brand new search)... Wishful thinking I guess

We have given up on the CPS Problem Search functionality. We use a combination of Problem Custom Lists and the Blackbird software. Our MDs have nothing but good things to say about Blackbird and wouldn't dream of going back to searching using the Reference List.
