I am looking for a master list of how all the PQRS measures are reported into the dashboard. Anyone have any ideas? During our PQRS attestation I noticed that there were measures which worked for the crystal reports but don't work on the PQRS dashboard website.
For instance, we got a 0% for documentation off current medications in the medical record. CMS68, however, if I run that same report in the crystal reports the same provider got a 98%. I am pretty certain there must be an issue with the obsterm used.
I couldn't find anything on the engage site, wondering if anyone else had any better luck.
all calculations should be detailed in this complied help file

Although it is still hard to follow because you have to reference some CMS tables AND make sure to take into account mappings already built into your system in the system settings
Scott, I know there are a couple of other post that cover this same topic and may go into more detail. The CMS 68 is not counting because you are not adding a SNOMED code. If you go to the GE site, search the topic "Conditional Action Metrics" or CAMs. The topic was covered in release notes, but off hand I don't remember the specific release.

You can also look for the latest EMR_MU_UserGuide.PDF version (or equivalent on CPS). It's similar to the html help file referenced above by Pete Markey. The PDF can also be found within a SP7 download's documentation folder. Then go into the Data Mapper to compare the particular measure's settings to the documentation as Pete references.
