We are currently in the process of upgrading 2 of our 7 databases to version 10.1.3
We are checking to see if anyone has had an issue with the reforder.rpt and tstorder.rpt causing an error preventing printing and throwing orders into admin hold. Wondering if anyone got this and if so was this an error from GE??

We just upgraded to 10.1.3.301 and we are having problems with approving claims. Is anyone having the same issue? We are waiting for GE to repsond.

nevermind, figured it out myself. the database wasn't configured when plugin was reinstalled.
