Has anyone applied the Full Knowledgebase Update (January 2013) to their EMR 9.5?
If so, have you identified any issues since this update? Please advise.

I assume you mean the DEC2012 FULL KB Update that was released in January. Any lingering issues for anyone? We have been seeing a recurring Error: 32775 COULDN'T FIND THE SYMBOL_SPR_18530. This seems to have surfaced after we installed the DEC full KB update from Centricity EMR>
There were back to back full updates rather than the usual full, incremental, incremental.
Hi David, Was there a bug with the DEC FULL KB update that prompted GE to release another FULL update in January. Thanks for your time. -John
I opened a ticket questioning why there were two fulls and here was my response:
Hi David,
The January Full update is an additional update and is different than the December update.
You don’t have to do this update, but as usual, you won’t be able to do any incremental updates until you’ve done the latest full update.
I believe they added additional medications that did not make it into the December update as expected.
