Hi All,
I have been working on using the portal to push information (Obs terms) to our new CCC forms for a while. I've been successful in getting the PMH and SH to import correctly but the PSH form and the ROS-CCC form doesn't flow correctly.
The workflow I have set up is that when the patient enters the information in the eform on the portal, it will "put it in queue" so the nurse can then click a view/insert button and import the answers into the note. On the PSH form - it imports the data but it just automatically puts it in the note and instead of a nice looking list, it puts it in as a long run-on sentence. I would like to make this the same way I have it set up for PMH.
Also, the ROS-CCC form works the same way and it appears to be working partially. The view/insert button is available, and my nurse are able to import data but the check boxes don't populate answers. In order for my nurses to see what the answers are, they have to flip to the TEXT of the document and read the answers.
Any one have any insight to this at all?
