I was wondering if there is anyway to change where a particular document type is routed. For example, we want our nurses to triage all emergency reports we receive from hospitals to make sure the patient receives a follow up call from our facility. Right now all documents are routed to the physicians. Is there anyway around this?

Yes, we do this with other documents. In document management, go to Configuration - Connections-Centricity EMR. On this tab, you can edit the Job Titles shown in the physicians tab. We added all job titles so that documents can be routed to anyone.

I second Amanda's answer. Only difference is we created a new job title with DM in it for people who needed to be in the DM list. It keeps the drop down cleaner and makes sure things aren't imported to staff who should never have a document sent to them from DM.
