How can i add a link to access an outside website through Centricity from the chart module.

If you mean on the bar at the top of the chart screen, from inside of any chart you can click the "Set Up Commands" button and add the link that way

When you are in the chart module, in the ribbon, you should see a Setup Commands icon. When you click on it, the window will open so you can put in the command line and description.
