Hello, looking for an answer for a client, and coming up short. The client would like to link documents together, and there is a link icon at the top of documents. The help file refers to it, and it supposedly is to link documents together. But I cannot get the button to start working.
I am on version 12.3.3.3229 of CPS, looking at the document link from the left side, on a patient so there are documents existing there. Edit, sign, append, Route, and Organize are all available, then there is Link, which is grey and never changes.
Any information or suggestions? Thanks.
We're on the same version. I hadn't noticed it before so I checked it out. If I selected a signed and unsigned document together (hold ctrl while selecting documents) the link button became active. Occasionally it would inconsistently also be active if I selected 2 signed documents.
In either case, it didn't appear to actually do anything at all. I could find nothing different after clicking on link.
