No LinkLogic folder has been specified for this station, or Network LinkLogic folder for all stations cannot be found
Browse for the folder location?
A user will get this error upon logging in if the PC cannot see the expected Linklogic folder. To see what the PC expects, look up the workstation name under Go..Setup..Settings..Linklogic..Stations. Highlight the workstation name and click on change.
Thanks for your quick reply i really appreciate
Actually we have Citrix environment so how i can do these steps (as mentioned by you) on users computer or i need to do someting on my Xenapp servers
Thanks
We only use Citrix for remote access from home and hospitals. Our Linklogic users are using fat clients in the office, so I'm not sure how that might be different. I know in the past that Linklogic could not be used via Citrix, but that could have changed long ago and I would not have paid attention.
Have you recently upgraded Centricity or possibly changed your network location of your LinkLogic folder?
If you recently upgraded then you'll most likely need to copy the correct version of files to your LinkLogic folder, this is detailed under the DTS section of you upgrade instructions.
To see where Centricity looks for your LinkLogic folder in a Citrix environment, from inside Centricity go into Administration --> System --> LinkLogic --> Defaults and look at the field that states "Network location of LinkLogic folder:". The field should contain something like:
\\ServerName\$ShareName\LLOGIC
If your network path has changed, server name changed, share name changed, then you'll need to update it here. I usually do this from our DTS server just to make sure that the change takes hold, as I have found it to act weird through a Citrix connection some times.
Thank you so much sir. It's working for me. I really appreciate.
