I would say that at least once every day or two we get a ticket from someone saying that Centricity EMR states that their caps lock key is on and it isn't.
Of course they are reading the message on the screen that says "Logon failed. Check caps lock key." Is there a way to change this message to say something different, like "Logon failed. Is your caps lock key on?"
