Good Afternoon,
I have a Customer using CPS Centricity Fat Client, when she was trying to print a Billing Letter, she would receive the following error, 'MBCWordRuntime' "Microsoft Word is not installed on this system, you cannot run this report without Microsoft Word 6.0 or higher."
The Computer has Microsoft Click to Run Installed on it, but I found out on September 28, 2019 was when she started having Issues. I ended up Uninstalling Microsoft Updates for that day and now it works.
The real Issue - We are migrating to Windows 10, her machine is Windows 7, we are starting to use the Thin Client of CPS Centricity through Citrix and she is getting the same Runtime Error. Does anyone know of a resolution for this Issue?

Hi Tony,
We got a similar error years ago. The fix was something silly. In the options for word, there in a place to add a name and initials. Make sure these fields aren't blank.
Its a long shot, but give it a try and see if it helps.
