Has anyone experienced this. The HCFA's were printing/previewing fine when today we have a message about a missing stored procedure.
Does anyone know how this works, how it could have disappeared and most importantly how to get it back.

I believe the reports you are looking for are defined in Administration under Reports > Business Report Criteria > Superbill.
Double-click on Superbill and a Report Criteria for Superbill dialog box will open. Various versions of a superbill can apply based on facility, responsible provider, and so on. The stored procedure for all of ours is "mpmsuperbill". The report file defines the Crystal Report file used to generate the report.
JBell - did you do any kind of update this past weekend? New computer(s)?
We have only see this happen if we have done an upgrade or if we are installing a brand new computer w/fat client. In either case, you have to download the CMS1500 from the product update page. (If you are on CPS 12).
