We get the Blue Screen of death and it references ML.EXE as being the cause.
The only recent change is that we have replaced GE forms with forms from another vendor.
As this is a Citrix terminal server all users on the terminal server lose their Centricity session.
Has anyone experienced this before.
Would appreciate any help you could give.
Feel free to email me if you can help.
Thank You,

Analyzing the crash dump might give you something to go on. Unfortunately, general application stability is not something Centricity is known for.
What stop code is associated with the BSOD? Sometimes that isn't helpful. Other times it could point in a particular direction, like failing hardware.

Have you tried reinstalling Centricity on the terminal server that is getting the BSOD? Maybe the installation has become corrupted.
