Anybody have an answer at to what causes this or have seen it? We have it happen every so often and haven't found a reason as to why or what causes it.
I do not have an answer but we have also seen MLI_TXTBLK:####### related to some of our text components.
I think I've seen this when a form/text component has been re-imported while an update is open/on hold. The update looses connection to the component, but the data is still in the update. Re-insert the component, and the data reappears in the note.
That's exactly what we do. I wish there was a a way to avoid this but like I said above it happens very few times but when it does it's an up roar.
Does this still happen to you all? We are still experiencing this, we are on EMR 9.8.11_3. Does anyone have a solution on how to correct the note after it has been signed. For us, if they bring it to our attention before it is signed, we can ask them to put it on hold. Have someone different open the note, the text/data comes back, and we put the note back on hold. This seems to resolve it everytime. We have a case open with GE, but they act like they have never seen this before, and have no answer as to how to stop it from happening.
Still happens to us. Wish I could find my SR number for it but we reported it so long ago it must of been before we began to use the online ticket request. Pretty sure their response years ago was it'll be fixed in the next update.
We are still working on this issue, and hopefully development can help us find a resolution. I will update this if we get a good solution on how to prevent the issue.
