Has anyone used MagicFax in EMR? We are currently testing it but was wondering if anyone had any info or issues with implementing MagicFax in their environment? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

We are in the final stages of implementation with CPS. Perhaps it is now in full production--it isn't my project, so I'm not fully in the loop.
I believe Biscom Faxcom is required. MS Word is required on the host running one of the scheduled processes.
My understanding is that a task runs every 15 minutes to check for specified signed documents to be faxed. These documents are added to a table in a database. Periodically (I believe ours is once daily), the documents are faxed to the desired destinations. In our case, I believe it is PCPs and referring providers.

Thanks for your response, Magic Fax is fully implemented now.
We have it send all of the signed letters from a specific desktop automatically overnight, we are looking to add some config changes to allow cc'd fax numbers to be sent automatically as well.
