Hello I was wondering if someone can help me out; we are currently trying to capture 90 day reporting for MU and for some reason we are still at 20%. The measure that we need to meet is to Provide patient electronic access and need to meet 80%. I thought we had the correct workflow that was provided to a while back but apparently its not working, thank you in advance.

Did you run the scripts that Athena provided? It helped us out a lot and we are meeting that measure. You can find them in the guide.

Agreed. We had our VAR run the 2 scripts and my numbers came up by 15%.

Thank you all for your help, I opened a support ticket requesting a script to be ran. Confused as to why it is not automatically done, I suppose its one of those known issues. Thanks again.
