Hello, I am looking for help on how to use CD's to send records vs paper. Does Centricity have any program that does this? If not, does anyone know of any good, user friendly programs that can be used with Centricity?

You could print records to PDF, then burn them to a CD. However, CD/DVD drives are slowly disappearing from computers. Additionally, considering the various regulations requiring "reasonable security efforts" I would be very hesitant to store unencrypted data on any portable media.
I'd suggest considering secure messaging options.

We currently print the record(s), scan in a pdf and then burn to a CD or USB port. Certainly not efficient but we have heard of a product called "Black Ice". Anyone familiar with it?
